The people closest to a problem usually understand it best, so experience from your own work or life is as welcome as research.

Every submission is read by a person. Nothing you send changes the documents or appears on this site automatically. Ideas that hold up are tested the same way as the rest of the plan, by following the chain of effects, and each new edition will say what changed and why.
